ReMastered Portraits
During my career, I've been involved with both portraiture and pattern imagery. In the Remastered Portraits series, these interests merge. I paint patterns with oil paint on a print of an historical portrait. The patterns psychologically project the portrait/person into current culture and makes them contemporary.© Sydney Cash, 2014
